SCHIND CC01 Marble and Granite Cross Cutting Machine
CC01 Cross Cutting Machine cuts only from back to front in width. Transverse cutting machine is used to cut the crooked edges which remained from the block slab and to obtain marble / granite in the desired width and size by squaring.

The cutting head group, which cuts from back to front, can be easily controlled from the fixed control panel using forward and reverse buttons and a speed potentiometer.
Marble slabs are loaded onto plastic rollers for removing broken edges or for serial squaring, and the cutting speed is adjusted according to the hardness of the stone.
The Schind CC01 cross cutting machine, with a net cutting capacity of 800 mm on the Y-axis, only makes straight cuts, does not cut at 45°, and the head does not rotate in any other direction.
Schind Machines CC01 cross tile sizing machine which moves only on the Y-axis on a linear system, can also be manufactured as a belt conveyor-type marble cross cutting machine. We do not have a swinging head cross cutting machine in our production.
The bellows installation, which we provide to protect the linear moving area from dust, is not an option; it is standard on our CC01 squaring machine.
